We have taken our dogs to Inn to pets for along time. People who work there are very caring and friendly, they have posted a video for us to ease our minds while they were there. I wouldn’t take my pet anywhere else.
I bring my dog to Inn to Pets whenever I am in Cleveland, they treat her so well and she loves all the staff. The staff is extremely professional and very responsive when I am being a crazy dog mom! They always greet us with big smiles and make all over Lucy when I arrive. They are extremely flexible with my schedule and Lucy is always treated so well. Our two dogs love Inn to Pets and we do, too. Great customer service and response time for scheduling and questions, very accommodating of our schedules and the beagles are happy, healthy and clean when we go pick them up. We will be back soon and recommend Inn to Pets without a doubt. Very fair rates, too, in comparison with other local kennels. Thank you!!!

Picked both my dogs up with cuts all over them, dehydrated, and COVERED IN URINE AND DIRT. They did not take care of them. Borderline animal abuse! Never again!!

Our dog Jackie loves Inn To Pets! I never have any doubt in my mind that she is being taken care of. The extra play times are great, she loooves people. She has a back leg deformity, which can make things a little difficult for her. They are very patient with her every time. Thank you!
