After recently moving to the area, I was looking for good local place for a haircut. I booked with Mike C. and arrived on time for my haircut. He mumbled a few words when I walked in but never introduced himself or asked me if it was my first time visiting their shop. He then proceeded to ask me if "my wife" was grocery shopping before the snowstorm... you know nothing about me.
