All the five-star reviews are accurate: this is an outstanding place to stay in Hagerstown. Inn keepers Becky and Rich are super friendly and greeted us immediately upon arrival. They walked us through the layout of the large and beautifully appointed room (really a suite), and explained how they renovated and updated their historic home. What a gem! We found the Inn on Potomac as a last-minute stop during a long travel day, and it ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. The inn is absolutely beautiful… you can see the thought, attention to detail, and genuine care that has gone into every part of it. It feels incredibly cozy and comforting. Exceptional place to stay in downtown Hagerstown! I've stayed here twice (so far) traveling for work and it is quiet, comfortable, upscale, and convenient. The owners are very friendly and considerate of their guests.
Simply a fabulous place to rest your head for a night, a week, longer. Hospitable hosts Rich and Becky have created an oasis of sorts, a comfortably, beautifully furnished suite with everything you could need or want. Spotlessly clean. Excellent location a few blocks from Hagerstown’s quaint downtown with furnished parking. Over the years we have stayed in many inns and VRBOs. Inn on Potomac ranks among our top favorites. We would love to return.
Gorgeous enormous room and easy walk to multiple restaurants. Dog friendly and parking right at the door. Becky & Rich are lovely hosts.
