So beautiful place and services
My wife and i stay at leading accommodation all over the world. Our company has also been awarded the best employee culture by HRD in Australia for four years in a row. The hospitality at the Five Graces is second to none. The rooms were stunning, something of an Aladdin's cave in Santa Fe. Well done to the whole team, this standard doesn’t happen by chance. Staying here was an experience. This is more than a hotel, it is a sanctuary of peace and calmness. The staff are exceptional and make you feel part of the family. The rooms are truly one of a kind, each unique and full of splendor.
Really spectacular...we loved our room, especially the enormous and gorgeous bathroom with a tub, the fireplace, and in-room snacks. We enjoyed the breakfast, spa, yoga, and the location. Some of the highlights were Dustin (check-in), Nancy (breakfast), Aurora (spa), and Hector (car service). Would highly recommend, it was a bespoke experience. Sidebar, definitely visit the San Miguel Chapel across the street; the staff were so friendly, and it was truly beautiful and ancient.
We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff is warm and the location is perfect to explore the city! Excellent breakfast, beautiful rooms. Would love to return!
