I made a reservation at this hotel and was informed that there was a 48-hour cancellation policy. I cancelled my reservation 4 days prior, but was charged anyway. Based on the conversation I had with the manager when I cancelled and when I called to complain, I'm pretty sure she just misunderstood, however she accused me of lying and wouldn't refund my money until I told her I was going to tell as many people as possible not to stay there.
