Booked our rooms through a 3rd party company and didn’t really have any info going forward. Called the front desk to confirm our stay and spoke with Passion (Front Desk Representative). She was able to confirm my stay, go above and beyond and provide me with room details and tried her best to accommodate my needs for my stay. Very helpful and hospitable. This will be my second stay at the hotel and I keep on coming back for employees like her who are very joyful and helpful

Very disappointed with this stay. We typically stay at the Hampton Inn with Hilton but decided we would try something different. I love a more location driven feel of a hotel vs a commercial line feel so we went here. Booking was simple over the phone and the front desk attendant was very friendly. The system was down when we arrived but she was very pleasant with a positive spirit and extremely welcoming. I think checking in was the best part of our stay!
