Currently staying over for one night. I booked a room with king bed/pool balcony. Arrived 1.5hrs after check-in, and was told my room wouldn't be ready for 20-30 more minutes. Didn't get the room I paid for- double-bed, with nice view of the parking lot and unusable pool.
I asked for a quiet room, and they gave me a suite. It was a very nice, very big room, and was very comfortable!
