***updated: they reversed the Pet fee the same day after advising them Florida statute. My suggestion to management is to ask not assume to prevent this issue in the future. when I made the reservation I noted our service animal in our reservation as we booked thru the Hilton app. I just received a receipt for our stay with a pet fee of $70.09. We did not bring a pet. We have a service animal and as per Florida statue 413.08 service animals are not pets. I have messaged the front desk and asked for a refund of this pet fee. ... read more
Room is clean, bed is comfortable. Front desk staff is friendly and professional. Breakfast was delicious and young man 'in charge' very accommodating.
Nice hotel, great location in proximity to the beach. By tons of restaurants, stores.
