Very disappointed with this stay. We typically stay at the Hampton Inn with Hilton but decided we would try something different. I love a more location driven feel of a hotel vs a commercial line feel so we went here. Booking was simple over the phone and the front desk attendant was very friendly. The system was down when we arrived but she was very pleasant with a positive spirit and extremely welcoming. I think checking in was the best part of our stay! Our room was very nice and the location central to local attractions. It was nice to stay at a hotel with a restaurant.
Super bad customer service No microwave on the room Room super nasty And then when I do reservations they tell .e I have breakfast included when I wake up other to get breakfast cost me $80 only for breakfast crazy people over there naple I JUST LEFT I HAVE MY ACOUNT WITH HILTON BUT JUST RIGTH NOW I CLOSED MY ACOUNT BAD COSTUMER SERVICE ROOM NASTY
Got here at 2 AM and was extremely tired for a 3 night stay and had an incredible check in agent get us all settled away. Perfect location, amazing price, kind and caring staff and comfy beds. Would recommend to all!
