LEAKY CEILING! NO PARKING. MOTEL QUALITY. They have very limited parking. If they have a full house, you can forget about parking here. They sent us to three blocks away to park at 'their sister property. What a joke? False advertising since they do promote free parking. Stay away. This Nola r is below motel quality. Our room has a leaky ceiling, see photos posted. There are other much properties here in the neighborhood. Absolutely one of the worse!
Excelente hotel muy bien ubicado en el centro
This hotel is very misleading online. It looks so beautiful online but it is definitely run down and dated. My heater didn't work and the shower had a constant drip. My door also didnt close flush so the cool draft came in all night. It was extremely disappointing as I usually stay at hotel santa barbara but I thought id try something new. Big mistake. The wine they serve at happy hour is so nasty I had to walk outside and dump it.out. Very disappointing because the staff are so nice and the best part about the hotel.
