We spent two nights here in November. The location is great, near the city and the coast. The room we stayed in was very spacious and we appreciated having room to spread out. Our kids though the place was very cozy -- quite the compliment coming from teens. Though the rooms are somewhat dated, everything was very comfortable. The pool and garden areas are beautiful. This place is very misleadingly advertised as a three-star hotel, but it’s actually a basic motel with a vacancy sign out front. For the price, the experience was disappointing. The carpet looked dirty, there were ants in the room, and the bathroom didn’t have an extractor fan. Even the exterior stairway cover leaked when it rained. The room felt dusty and outdated. We saw some negative reviews but they didn’t reflect our experience at all. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the beds were great and there were nice touches like robes, heated bathroom tiles and light up vanity mirrors. Staff was so nice. The space is really pretty and a great location. Would absolutely stay again
We had such a wonderful stay in Santa Monica! From the moment we checked in, the front desk team made our trip even better. Sam and Daniel were both incredible. Sam went above and beyond—he gave us a fantastic rundown of the area with tons of great suggestions for restaurants, sights, and things to do. Hôtel très sympa, chambre très propre. Jacuzzi et piscine disponibles, c’est chouette ! Le personnel est adorable, nous a donné plein d’adresses et était très gentil. On a loué des vélos sans problèmes pour faire une petite promenade. Génial! Merci pour tout c’était parfait !
