During my stay, no one came to gather any trash or towels, I then waited to see when housekeeping come around to see if they could dispose of the trash and possibly resupply me with towels… the housekeeper proceeded to tell me I needed to take my trash to their dumpster outside… i laughed and thought the gentleman was joking, he then proceeded to send the front desk staff to my room for them to tell me i needed to take my garbage outside as well. The room was somewhat clean. The tub had dirt and hair in it and the bed the sheets were dirty. Had stains on them. In the non-smoking building, it always smelled like weed and neighbors were mad loud with blaring music throughout the day and night. They only give u one key card for the room. And no one knocks on the door when they do their daily room maintenance to see if u want new sheets or towels. To be honest, I wasn’t expecting much from the place because of other people’s reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised. It’s a cozy and clean spot. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Didn't stay and couldn't get refunded, first room stank like urine so bad, I assume previous tenant had animals in there, second room crawling with cockroaches and front desk person didn't seem to care. Ran my card twice, I paid for a Room twice I didn't stay in and only refunded once claimed to refund me but reran my card and took more money
