Merry Christmas We repaired a shuttle van over the 2010 Christmas holiday for the Inn at Wilmington. The Insurance co. payed for the repairs except for the Deductable $1000.00. After four months 10 phone calls & faxing a w9 form we recevied a check for half. Now with 2 more unanswered voicemails we are forced to this. I hope they don't treat the guests the same way they do vendors. Merry X-mas
