Over the top comfortable with great views and location. The staff is accommodating and friendly and welcoming. My stay was so perfect that I plan to book the Inn exclusively anytime I’m in Seattle .
Great stay, Brenda at front desk was excellent!
The hotel is under construction resulting in a very cramped and inconveniently located alternate lobby. Presumably that also contributed to the exceptionally cold room. The heating worked, but was insufficient to the need. We ended up putting a pillow along the door as a draft barrier and that helped. The majority of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We stayed at the Inn over the weekend, it was exceptional. The views from the top deck, the hotel space, I got a really awesome nook that overlooked out to the Pike Place from my room. It was amazing! Definitely won’t be the last time we stay!
