Welcome to Inn at Ship Bay. We are an eleven room Inn and Restaurant at the top of a bluff with unobstructed southern views over the waters of Ship Bay. The Inn is built around the historic 1869 Adam's farmhouse in the center of heirloom plum, pear and apple orchards. Inn at Ship Bay is located one mile from the village of Eastsound on Orcas Island, the largest and most mountainous of the San Juan Islands. Join us for a comfortable and relaxing Orcas Island experience.

What a beautiful place. The cuisine is honest, close to seasonal fresh ingredients, and rich in natural flavors. Spectacular location - the Inn sits on a large plot along the eastern high-bank shoreline of Orcas Island’s magnificent East Sound. The views are astounding. The setting is quaint and inviting. The perfect venue for an intimate wedding on Orcas Island. The grounds were flawless and the food was divine. I could not have been happier with our decision to have our daughter's wedding at the Inn at Ship Bay. #AdventuresofJKTracy

The service was classy and a step up from anywhere else we dined in the San Juan Islands. And did I mention the beauty of the water and landscape surrounding the Inn. Heirloom tomatoes 🍅 with ricotta basil dressing was the best I ever tasted.
The restaurant is very special and has an exquisite attention to detail. The Innkeepers have shown us tremendous kindness and generosity each of the three times we've stayed there. There is such a peace about the property.
