The staff was horrible, the food was not good, the spa was not comfortable nor relaxing and the massage was the worst I ever had. When we offered feedback, no one cared. I am so disappointed in Belmond. This is not the experience I expected with their brand. We were there for one night and two meals. I would not recommend it At All
Fantastic New Year get away food was fabulous as were the accommodations and staff.
Beautiful property. Cozy room with fire place, huge bathroom with heated floor. Gorgeous water views, friendly staff and excellent Sunday breakfast buffet. We hope to return soon.
The accommodation was lovely, in a truly spectacular location. The breakfast was amazing and the pub food was great but the Stars restaurant was very disappointing, the service was exceptional but the food was very mediocre (I.e very large portions and everything coated in balsamic vinegar) compared to the local restaurants. The spa treatments and rooms were great but not much on offer other than a treatment.
