We were hosted by John and Rafael at an alfresco lunch. Every bite was memorable and possibly the best gazpacho (sorry mom) I've had in years! The hospitality -- welcoming as it should be. This grand old mansion -- circa 1866 -- has been greeting people for decades and her warm embrace is very present. The lawns and garden another place and time -- I love that. This wasn't an overnight adventure -- but there's time for that sooner than later.
Park Winters is such a special place. Every time my husband and I have an occasion to visit we grab it. The property is stunning with more lovely, creative touches than can be listed here. Fig forest? Check? Giant, magic door? Check. Delicious local, seasonal food? Check. Stunning, tasteful furnishings and decor? Check. Beautiful sunsets? Check. Unparalleled service and attention by the proprietors and staff? Check and check!!! You get the idea.
Staff is very nice and helpful grounds are amazing would be a beautiful spot for a wedding. The main house I got to tour is old and beautiful . Now the food. The appetizers were good had melon balls with prosciutto very good my main course was so so , Vegis were a liilte undercooked my meat was on the raw side for me surprisingly the sturgeon was good . Overall was a great place to go and I heard you can have small dinner parties to large weddings. I will dfinately go back
What a beautiful venue for a wedding. If I had to complain about one thing it would be the heat. I'm just not a hot weather person. But other then that perfect. The wedding and reception was just gorgeous.
