What a wonderful place to stay. Emerce yourself into the history of Gettysburg.
Busy hotel restaurant. Servicing the larger groups (I guess going for the tips); single diner waits for service , check delivered before meal ends - no chance or opportunity to stay for desert. Tourist trap packing them in and through. Won't be back - suggest other restaurants that are around the square or walking distance.
The Inn is in need of paint and upkeep. The lighting in my room was horrible. I found soiled clothing under the dresser In the bedroom along with dead bugs in the corners of the rug that should have been vacuumed up. Carpeted steps were in need of paint and new carpet. Hates to outside areas are in need of paint. When something was needed, owners were prompt in providing but they are not on sight. Housekeeping and upkeep not the best.
