This company does not honor its promises. I completed a required timeshare presentation and did not receive all of the gifts I was promised. Hilton Honors points were part of my incentive, and multiple staff members acknowledged this and assured me they would be added. They never were. I followed up with multiple phone calls, wasting even more of my time, only to be told that I “should not have left” — despite their failure to deliver what was agreed upon. Amazing rooftop views! Superb location close to all that Savannah has to offer. Really nice living areas with huge bathrooms! Awesome showers!! Very friendly and helpful staff. Massive cereal bar for breakfast.Highly recommended!!
