We haven't visited yet but just wanted to review solely based on customer service. We had a last minute emergency and were not able to follow through on our reservation. We purchased a Groupon and although the deal was non-transferrable, the kind receptionist I spoke with offered to move our reservation to the following week! The room we booked was not available but she booked us for a room that is a slightly higher value per night. I am very impressed and extremely looking forward to our visit!!
Can't wait to go back again on Thursday .
