Phenomenal customer service with complimentary pickup at airport, carrying luggage to property from check in (and then up stairs), and complimentary drop off at airport after holding bags at check out. Rooms kept feel of historic building and beds were very comfortable. Great views of harbor and mountains in distance. Everything we needed was with in walking distance or accessible vis public transportation with stops close by.
Fantastic location with beautiful views. The rooms are extremely clean and nice. Staff picked me up from the ferry and gave me pointers of where and what to do while I was there. Very friendly and helpful. I felt so welcomed and safe as a solo female traveler.
The staff at Inn at Creek Street is PHENOMENAL! Service - 10/10; Room 10/10; Location 9/10 only because it’s a bit far from the airport; however, it is a short walk to the heart of town with lots to do, and their shuttle service is wonderful. I’ve traveled much, and this hotel is by far the most affable place I’ve stayed. I frequent Alaska often with overnights in Ketchikan. I will be staying here every time.
The cutest inn, with a great view and walking access. We stayed for our honeymoon and loved the location and staff. Shuttle to the airport was flexible on times. Would absolutely stay here again!
