This isn't an inn in the traditional sense. It's a collection of older buildings under the umbrella of Creek Street Inn. The bed was comfortable, the room sparse and dated, but it had a coffee machine, sink and kitchenette. It's bare bones, bit clean and dry. Merritt Weisinger Sparks, NV
This place is disgusting. Bedsheets have stains and holes, carpet full of stains, the area is not safe. People outside drinking, Being rowdy late into the night. This is the grossest place I have ever stayed.
Highly recommend! The staff was wonderful in helping us when the weather made us change our plans! Very cute rooms by beautiful historical creek street.
This review is for their customer service. We scheduled a stay here in order to spend time in Ketchikan before we left on a cruise. We were flying with Alaska Air and unfortunately they had IT issues which bumped our flight to another day. When I called to cancel the girl that answered was so kind and helpful. She didn’t charge us for the cancelation even though we had to cancel the same day. It was so nice speaking to an actual person on site versus getting bumped to some call center. What a great hotel. Excellent service. Shuttle service from the ferry. Cozy, well stocked and furnished rooms. Close walking distance to all the great restaurants. Highly recommend.
