Anne and Britney were amazing!!!!! Great place to stay! Amazing view of creek. Very Clean! Staff was supportive friendly and helpful. Have to point out those 2 ladies for going above and beyond!! Our second stay there. We will be back!!
Been staying here 25 years and it’s always great- the staff and friendly service, the location and the rooms. In my experience, it’s the best boutique hotel in Alaska.
Excellent stay from pickup to drop off. We flew into Ketchikan and the Inn communicated with us clearly about getting on the ferry that links the airport to Ketchikan ($6 per person, all credit cards and cash accepted, runs every 15 minutes, trip lasts about 5-10 minutes) and then met us on the Ketchikan side with their minivan. Friendly service throughout, bed and bedding comfortable, clean room with local art work. Room is in the center of the tourist area, so it’s easy to get to and from. We stayed at the Wharf in the middle of July. The staff here (Dave, Brittney, Sara) is FANTASTIC! There is a well-coordinated complimentary shuttle to and from the airport and Dave even took us to the grocery store when we first arrived. The Wharf itself is a very large apartment, and our party of 6 adults was very comfortable. The neighborhood feels run-down, but that didn't impact our stay at all as we were in walking distance to everything.
The unit is old but it's spacious and on the creek with a deck containing a table and chairs. A wonderful place to have some wine at night and watch the river and any bald eagles that may be perching there. The location is great, in the historic area and not located right where the cruise ships let people off. It's also near a fantastic coffee shop and some good restaurants.
