Needed a handicap accessible restroom and asked nicely at the front desk. The accessible restroom said vacant but was locked. The person working would not let us use it because we weren’t guests and told us to go to the park. Absolutely no sympathy or consideration for people with deficits. Would not want to support a business like this.
The staff was extremely helpful and location is the best in Lewes. The rooms felt a little dated though.
Great little hotel.Rooms are very nice and clean. Continental breakfast was very good and plentiful. Loved the fresh flowers in the lobby area. Fitness room was fantastic. Great location, walking distance to restaurants and shops. Will definitely stay here again.
We stopped in tonight and Oz Was super friendly and warmly welcoming, He was so kind He took us on a tour of the room and told us all about the facility and restaurant next door, We can’t wait to stay and booked three nights, as a chef at a number one Bed and Breakfast In PA, I know The owners Here would be proud of Oz, He really cared and offered us such an exceptional Customer Service experience
