Nice hotel but our air conditioner in the room did not work. They came in and worked on it till about 9 PM. It started working for a little while and then it froze up so ultimately, we spent a very hot night and uncomfortable sleep. The only thing the hotel did was say sorry they didn’t offer to comp any of our food or a room or anything.
I stayed here for a business meeting and the place is nice enough. the staff are friendly. biggest issue is that after checking out I discovered an unusual charge on my credit card. I called them and discovered that they charged me for 2 robes and a stuffed bear. first of all, the room didn't have robes in it and secondly the bear was left in the room upon checkout. after they did their internal investigation they told me that since I had contacted them so long after my stay they would not reverse the charges. the person tha... read more
the front desk lady when we checked in on 6/15 at night was very passive aggressive, cutting off our questions etc. i get it that folks are tired at the end of the shift but she acted like she had a problem with us. while the hotel is fine, our first impression of the stay is completely ruined by interacting with this front desk lady. the room is also old and far from “luxury” (even home2suite has better indoor design)
Our stay at the Inn & Spa at Loretto was excellent and became a memorable part of our Santa Fe experience. The location is unbeatable, within easy walking distance of the Plaza, Canyon Road, and many of Santa Fe’s best restaurants. The atmosphere is what really makes this property special. The architecture, courtyards, and overall Southwestern character made us feel immersed in Santa Fe from the moment we arrived. Wow survived our wedding weekend for our daughter. Lots of planning and hard work and it all paid off at the Inn & Spa at Loretto. Wonderful venue, the outdoor garden area is amazing, that was the best part. The stay at the hotel was wonderful. Yes, Ben is an amazing bartender, and Hunter is excellent at the front desk. He makes it all happen. All the staff members were great and the valet guys too. The bartenders during the cocktail hour for the wedding were wonderful. So many great people.
