What an exceptional Inn and perfect location. Exceeded my expectations.
What a beautiful and comfortable hotel! My family and I had a wonderful two nights there. Every staff we met and spoken to were super genuine and helpful. The rooms were nice and they even came with indoor slippers! There are plenty of shops inside the hotel within walking. It was easy to walk everywhere in Santa Fe from the hotel. The restaurants inside the hotel were delicious. Their menus offer a variety of options. Pets are welcomed. The hotel allowed dogs in the restaurant. Dogs just need to stay on the floor. The hotel experience was decent overall, but I want to give a huge shout-out to Monique in the living room/bar area. Her service was phenomenal; she was kind, funny, and professional throughout our visit. When we return to town, we will definitely look forward to seeing her again!
