Went here for my bachelorette and it was such a great spot! The staff was so friendly and accommodating, the location was perfect, and the rooms were so clean. Had such a wonderful time!! Will be back.

My stay was great. I had some issues with the heater in my room being a bit loo loud for me and the staff was super nice and accommodating. Nikki at the front desk and eng James were super helpful. Five gold stars for them! Breakfast was delish and I loved the jacuzzi in a beautiful courtyard. All spa times were booked so bummer there, maybe next time 👍

An incredible place to stay in Sante Fe. Right in the heart of downtown and all the historic Churches, Art Galleries and Resturants, all built in the Pueblo style.

Great location, valet staff awesome, really loud noises in our room 302, and the world's slowest elevator. Only a single slow elevator.

サンタフェで宿泊したかったホテルです。 外観はアドビ建築風デザインで素晴らしいです。 内装も予想通り。テラスが付いている部屋からは素晴らしい眺望が。 残念なのは、フロントスタッフとロビーラウンジのスタッフが、猛烈にスローなこと。 ひとつの動作に都会のホテルスタッフの10倍時間がかかります。 そしてエレベーターも普通のエレベーターよき反応がかなりゆっくりです。 イライラしてはいけません。 このホテルは、時間の流れが違うのです。 とーにーかーくー気長に待ちましょう。 バレーパーキングもチェックイン、アウト時はかなり待たされます。自分で荷物の出し入れをしようとすると怒られます。高いバレーパーキング代金を払い、ひたすら待たされます。 もはやサービスはない、というより我々旅行者の邪魔をしているようにすら感じます。 こちらを利用することはおすすめしません。
