Avery is fantastic
I have been coming twice a week for just over a month and can tell a big difference in my freedom of movement and comfort. Hip replacement, several toe surgeries, and chronic low back and neck pain over the past couple of years brought me to InMotion. Avery and Jeff are friendly, skilled and professional. I highly recommend!

I am very pleased with the staff and the stretch therapists at In Motion Wellness Center. They are very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Jeff Monkton GM and lead therapist is a physical therapist by education and also a sports coach. He is excellent in the assisted stretching field and is really sensitive to the clients’s condition on the day of stretching, make adjustments as needed, and advising a home plan to help you achieve your best results.
