Vincent was very professional and honest. He took my car in and fixed an issue and gave me some good advice. I will definitely be returning.
I came here for an oil change for my X3 and the overall experience was very professional and friendly. I was able to make an appointment quickly and I was taken in promptly once I arrived for my appointment. The oil change was done very efficiently as I waited in the front lobby. They use genuine BMW engine oil so I was confident that I don't have to go back to the dealership for this service. I am fully satisfied with the service and will definitely be using them for future services based on this first experience.
Vincent is always so helpful and gives us honest advice. We have been going to him for almost 10 years now. Most recently, another mechanic told us we needed all the brakes changed but Vincent told us the back brakes were still very good. Would recommend for sure! The location is also very close to GO station, so easy to get to from downtown.
