Unprofessional staff Reception staff booked incorrect appointment, and I got charged to explain this scheduling issue with the therapist who I was accidently booked to meet with. I notified staff of this issue and have not received a response for over a week.

First time with our kid for his anger and it got spun on my parenting. I get that might be an issue or what but.. but that's her take the very first appointment.. he gets upset pretty easily and it has nothing to do with me. But I digress. Not taking him back. Waste of time.

Erin was very friendly and easy to talk to. She gave a well rounded answer, response, and guidance for my teenage daughter who has experienced a lot of challenges. Very close to the house and I appreciate the security they have at the center, since our sessions were based on someone dangerous to us. Their intake process also easy.

It was a very nice experience although it was short for me. My therapist was Erin and I recommend her for people my age 13,as I go through my phases on needing to cope and transition to different environments. She is very fun and is like talking to your best friend.
