The notary, Miriam, quoted me $10 over the phone. When I arrived I asked for methods of payment and when she was done she asked me for $20 because it was a certain type of document. In reality it was a 3 page document with one signature divorce affidavit. I’m rating this place a two for lack of transparency and honesty.
I highly recommend Miriam she is amazing very professional, responsible, convenient she will accommodate and work around your schedule for your appointments. I been coming to her for my taxes and other services for years, one year irs gave me issues to give me my taxes she handled it (smart women) she is very knowledgeable! Hands down she is the best in south Florida
