We bought a new Generac from here Fall of 2020 & had it serviced by Mr. Inman's people on a regular basis. By May 2024, during a series of severe storms, the generator overheated, stopped working, & repairs ended up costing $3,500.00. At the time, we were selling our home & closing escrow in 72 hours which we told Mr. Inman.
