RecommendedI give this place 5 STARS!! I love going to IHF! It changed my life!! I have a close group of buddies that go with me and we all enjoy the equipment and training. There is a very intense class that is available for anyone every Tuesday and Thursday at 530am....it is a game changer! It is a very large and clean building with a welcoming environment. Gary, the owner, is very knowledgeable and friendly. I recommend this fitness center to any one!
