Where do I start? Inloe's "fixed" our a/c unit (which is located upstairs for some reason) a few months ago. We wanted to even out the temperature of the house and ensure that the unit could keep up with summer temperatures, as it would constantly run during the day anytime it was over 80 degrees outside. Our house is small and only 2 bedrooms, so this shouldn't be a difficult task. We gave them over $2,000 and told them do whatever was necessary. They accomplished NEITHER of these objectives.
