I cannot recommend Inline Shade highly enough. They installed my shade sail over a year ago, and recently noticed while driving past that it had become a little loose from the weather. Without being asked, they stopped by and tightened everything up for me—no invoice, and no charge. That level of customer service is incredibly rare these days.
