If you're looking for a motivator...you've found her. Her persistence keeps me focused and committed. I have a drive to stay healthy and make the right choices. For the first time I actually look forward to the workouts.

Elise is so attentive to each student in her classes, it feels like personal training. She learns the strengths and areas needing special attention in each student and provides modifications to reduce the risk of injury and promote a challenging workout.
