We recently purchased a lift recliner chair from Arlene. What an extremely pleasant experience from choosing, testing and purchasing this piece of furniture. Delivery was smooth, it arrived the day after purchase. Arlene is efficient and her customer support skills are "off the chart"!
What a journey we have been on with this furniture store. Our many purchases to begin with went great. Then everything came crashing down with the suggestions of the store to use a finance company called Koalifi to purchase some more furniture we were wanting. We were excited to hear the financing would be 12 months no interest. All the sales associates were helpful as we applied for the finance to purchase the furniture we were wanting.
