They don't know how communicate with their clients and the realtor. We have waited 4 mouth to close on a house which we won't get because this problem. Therefore, I won't recommend any body to these company.

You can tell Kolbey has done this for a long time. He has a wealth of knowledge in his field and has a way of explaining things for the common person to understand. He is very thorough on how the process works for the first time home buyer (me). I also referred a friend as a refinance option. Kolbey keeps folks updated on current market status and was able to help my friend as well.
