Theyre so jammed pack. They said a wait of 15-20 min then they said that there's 3 patients ahead of me. So definitely a lie your talking about 15-20 min each patient so that's about an HR plus I been here waiting so far 30 min and she keeps saying no it hasn't been 15-20 yet. I was told good stuff about the clinic but lately they're slacking in everything. My son is a disabled baby and I can't even get refills for his breathing treatment and they have healthy kids mixed with sick kids.
Both doctors are amazing , but they need to change the front desk receptionist she’s very rude, maybe she can take some social classes to better herself or just hire a better person.
I have been bringing both of my children here, one child for 6 years the other for 3, I wouldn't take them anywhere else. Thank you Dr. Pillai!
