Called at 11am. I was call number 6th in line. Chose to be called back. It's now 6pm. Never called back. This happens everytime I try to call. Now I have to resort driving to the office and standing at the receptionist desk just to mack an appointment. AGAIN.

Dr. Elmer Pineda is not only one of the best Urologist in Ca, he is the most Compassionate, extremely skillful. Patients in Inland Empire are so lucky to have him be part of Pomona Valley Medical Center. He was a God sent Angel to take care my urological needs. I am so grateful to have him in my corner.

This man almost got me killed. After telling him i've been urinating blood, he did an unnecessary procedure on me. Dr. Elmer Pineda constantly told me, "You're young, you're fine. Let's take your blood and urine and do this Cystoscopy." They took my blood and and bloody urine; and in my ignorance i allowed them to perform the cystoscopy. Elmer Pineda found nothing. I absolutely love Dr. Pineda, but the staff is not always the best over the phone. In person, they are so sweet and attentive, but there have been numerous occasions I have requested a call back and did receive that call back, but the office quite literally let it ring for one second before hanging up, not even giving me a chance to answer. The first time I thought it was a mistake, but it’s happened at least 6 times now and has made it extremely difficult for me to schedule appointments for my son. Dr Pineda is so compassionate & takes time to make sure you understand what he explaining. He did my husband’s surgery and we had complete confidence in him.
