I had a very frustrating and upsetting experience at this doctor’s office. I paid cash upfront for my visit, and it was understood that I was not using insurance. However, after taking my payment, I was told they wouldn’t be able to see me again because I have insurance they don’t accept—even though I paid out of pocket. Dr. Consolo and his staff are the best. I was helped by Melanie and Joanna today and they both went over and beyond to help me, thank you both. I've been a patient for over a year now Inland Urology Medical Group is top notch.
When you are having surgery with Dr. Consuelo, you will be working with Lisa who handles all the surgery for him. Lisa is professional, friendly, patience for all your questions, and goes out of her way to help with scheduling the surgery. Dr. Consuelo is absolutely kind doctor! Great team!
The office staff are Amazing, friendly, and professional. Dr. Consolo, is professional, he listened to my concerns and came up with a plan to address my concerns. Thank you for the great experience.
