Dishonest and extremely incompetent people. They can’t do the work properly and charge for the services they didn’t provide. Beware .
Good customer service, but extremely unprofessional mechanics. Here's my story: I came in for an Annual DOT inspection because Love's didn't have the tool to measure my brake discs. I had just bought the truck and knew there was a small air leak, so I figured it wouldn't pass the inspection without fixing it. I told the staff about the leak and asked them to find and fix it. Quality of assembly for a small driveshaft seems good. Displeased with undisclosed and surprise pricing. For my little driveshaft a set of 3 u-joints (moog or spicer) are $20/ea and ITP charged $77/ea plus labor. A $300 job (including carrier bearing) unexpectedly grew to near $600.
I was very impressed with Chad and his response to a complaint I had regarding the way my truck was worked on prior to my approval. He was very apologetic and sincere and was going to have a conversation with the service writer and then made things right for me. He has integrity and is a great asset to his company. My truck got serviced in a very timely manner and runs great! I will do business here in the future. Thank you Chad and staff.
