I’ll never bring my truck here again, they guess on parts you need and will charge a lot more hours than what they actually spent working on your truck. Worst shop and very dishonest. They will get you to buy parts you don’t need so they can get a commission on selling them on top of the extra hours they rob you while your truck sitting there and nobody working on it

Is 0 stars an option? Over 10k spent here and my drive line is still messed up. Multiple excuses given on why it’s not right but turns out they just don’t know shit about older trucks. My last experience was they said the cause of my drive line noise was loose front wheel bearings, so they tightened them way too tight. After getting in the truck and taking a load to Joplin Mo, I lost both front wheel bearing and chewed my spindles all up. Dishonest and extremely incompetent people. They can’t do the work properly and charge for the services they didn’t provide. Beware .

Good customer service, but extremely unprofessional mechanics. Here's my story: I came in for an Annual DOT inspection because Love's didn't have the tool to measure my brake discs. I had just bought the truck and knew there was a small air leak, so I figured it wouldn't pass the inspection without fixing it. I told the staff about the leak and asked them to find and fix it. After waiting 2.5 hours, I was told the bill was $450. I was shocked, considering a standard DOT inspection at a certified place like Love's is about $5... read more
