The salesperson (Alex) had a good pitch for their automotive parts washers, which included a one month demo with minimal cost which he stated "If we didn't like the product, we would be responsible for the freight back and chemicals used", well since I like to know EXACTLY what I'm getting into, I pressed him for a more accurate figure in reference to the "chemicals used", he stated that he "had not seen anyone use more than a cup".
