This guy is a scammer. I brought my car in and it ended up failing due to the car having a new battery and he said we needed to drive the car and put miles on it in order for it to clear smog due to the emissions of the car because of the new battery. Anyways the car failed and I was like ok well how much is it for testing the car? He said it was $20 but to go ahead and pay him the full $45 (which is how much the smog costs if it passes mind you) and he said that if I end up getting it smogged and it passes elsewhere then he... read more
