While researching storage units for our upcoming move into our RV we discovered Universal Self Storage located at 3086 Kendall Drive, San Bernardino, CA 92407
The location was great, they had the large unit we needed and also had RV storage which we needed for a second RV and trailer. Perfect, right?
After speaking to someone on the phone we determined this was where we wanted to rent. We went by the next day and met with the manager. We had a specific need for a high door opening and while I was out measuring the door height my wife was asked what we were going to put in the unit. When she explained we had a vehicle we wanted to store the manager went into explaining all the requirements we would have to meet.
Upon re-entering the office very question we asked was met with a very rude and demeaning attitude and short curt answers. We immediately felt as if we were not wanted and left the premises. After entering our vehicle to leave my wife told me the manager had spoken to her in the same manner while I was out of the office.
We will go with another company and the $300+ we were going to spend a month here will go into someone else's pockets. This guy was a jerk!
