I have used Inland Saw and Equipment for at least 15 years. Their workmanship is top notch and done at the time they say. Now that I live in Cheney, I still drive all the way to their shop because I trust their workmanship.
So we took our lawnmower into this business seeing the positive reviews for it. However, they do not honor what they promise you. If this is how business is run, I dont know how they stay in business. They promised in the initial quote that it would be one day for one fix and then take it in the next week for another. Took them 3 weeks and no returned calls for 2-3 days at a time to hear back. Plus the manager would not work with the price when they took 2-3 weeks to fix.
