RIPPED OFF by Todd Hartman at Inland Sailing Center In August of 2016 I went to Inland Sailing Center to see if they had any power boats for sale. I had never bought a boat and Todd was happy to help me. He seemed like a very nice guy and I thought he wanted to make my first boat a good experience. The time had come where we were going to have to give up our Catalina, "Serenity". Serenity had been an active member of our family for nearly 30 years. We were so very grateful to Todd and the Inland Sailing Center. Todd knew how hard it was for us to turn loose of Serenity and he guided us through this experience with such understanding and kind professionalism.
