Super slow office staff - not competent at all. Be prepared to be left on hold for upwards of 20 minutes, only to call back and have someone answer immediately, seemingly unaware they left someone on hold. They messed up my records several times, even sent in someone else's prescription for me and now are asking for a referral even though I've been a patient for years. Not worth the time and aggravation especially now that my NP moved to another practice.

Very caring doctor. He is very busy but always puts his patient's interest first. I was lucky to find this doctor and am happy with the treatment. The staffs are nice and professional. During COVID, the waiting can be long but it is worth it.
