Let me start by saying this office is a complete joke. I called them a month ago, and they said they were waiting on records from my main doctor — which they never got. So I called today to check on my appointment, and guess what? I don’t even have one scheduled. The manager tells me she’ll call me back “today,” but it’s now 4:45 and no call. Thus far scheduling an appointment has been a nightmare. June is when insurance approved my claim. Referring dr. Sent over all case notes and labs. Front office appointment setters will not listen to comprehend only get a nasty attitude because they don't want to look for fax. 4 times calling in and finally get someone who understands how to fine a fax and then get told she can't make new patient appointments and apologized over and over. Keli is the best !! Axel who I normally see when checking in , he’s patient and polite . Been coming here for years now . It’s small but, I’ve never had any problems getting things done. Thank you Keli & Axel

Super slow office staff - not competent at all. Be prepared to be left on hold for upwards of 20 minutes, only to call back and have someone answer immediately, seemingly unaware they left someone on hold. They messed up my records several times, even sent in someone else's prescription for me and now are asking for a referral even though I've been a patient for years. Not worth the time and aggravation especially now that my NP moved to another practice.
