I live in the Evoni Apartments in Milwaukee, WI, and if I could give a negative star review, I would. The management team consists of bullies who gaslight or harass tenants who make requests for issues concerning cleaning the grounds & common areas. For example, I have lived here 7 months & the dog park artificial turf has NEVER been cleaned. There are times the park smells like a third world urinal. The trash procedures consist of placing your trash at your front door multiple times a week, not an attractive look or smell. ... read more
