Park 88 apartment homes in Thornton CO,is one of the worst places I've ever lived. The owner doesn't seem to have a clue as to what is going on with this property. Management has gotten rid of all the maintenance crew, including the old maintenance supervisor they had everything under control for a while. Now we got a manager that doesn't know anything, and vendors that aren't doing their jobs. Overall the management and maintenance team is always polite and helpful. The facilities are kept on very nice condition. Any issues with the lawn maintenance and/or trees and shrubs are captive to the contractor’s schedules but seem to be noted and requested by the staff here in a timely manner. All corporate housing companies AVOID this management group. I was misinformed on the timeline of the corporate application process and ghosted for days when I called, left VMs and sent emails for an update. I tried to trust they would follow through which ended up costing me hundreds of dollars in cancellation fees from my vendors. I lived at the Parc at Princeton Junction for over 5 months and let me start off by saying AVOID ANY INLAND PROPERTIES! Management is a joke. Buildings are in disrepair. Charging $3000 a month to live in a dirty broke down property is unbelievable!
