Landscaping disaster, see for yourself. I requested these weeds be removed, no such luck.
They rented us an apartment infested with bed bugs and roaches and blame us and tried to charge us because we had to break the lease early due to the issue and health risks at Brantley Pines apartments. We did not leave because we wanted to but because of my family safety. When we moved in we moved in with just clothes and bought all new furniture which we had to throw away and loose all that money. Management and maintenance here are terrible. They claim to be a luxury complex but they are Actually a 3rd rate operation. Don’t waste your money!!
I was prematurely leased out of my apartment almost 2 weeks before my lease date ended. I am waiting on someone from corporate to respond to my email. That is ridiculous there is no one you can reach at corporate to get any decent information.
STOP RAISING RENT HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS PER YEAR AND PRICING PEOPLE OUT OF HOMES THIS IS INSANE. YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE TO BE A DAMM SURGEON TO AFFORD LESS THAN 800 SQUARE FEET OF A HOME THIS IS INSANE AND PREDATORY AND DISGUSTING.
