Extremely disappointing experience. The management company is unprofessional, unresponsive, and lacks basic accountability. Getting any sort of maintenance done takes forever, and communication is nearly impossible. When you do reach someone, they’re often dismissive or unhelpful. I would not recommend renting from or working with this company — they care more about collecting rent than actually taking care of their tenants or properties. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.

We lived at the Phoenix RV park that they own. The manager is absurd! If she doesn't like what you are saying, especially when you are calling her out, she just hangs up the phone. She ran my debit card without my permission. It took about 10 phone calls to get someone to call me back. His response - I will talk to her. That will show her, now won't it! He didn't care that I had to cancel my debit card because what she did was fraud. Said that she didn't have access to my card. Clearly she did because she was able to run it.... read more

Park 88 apartment homes in Thornton CO,is one of the worst places I've ever lived. The owner doesn't seem to have a clue as to what is going on with this property. Management has gotten rid of all the maintenance crew, including the old maintenance supervisor they had everything under control for a while. Now we got a manager that doesn't know anything, and vendors that aren't doing their jobs.
