I would tread lightly if you are considering working with this company.
Christian Rose is a complete slumlord. I took him to court because he refused to give my deposit back. I won, and he still hasn’t paid. If you made the mistake of signing a lease with him, DOCUMENT EVERYTHING! If you haven’t signed a lease with him; DON’T! Edit: 1/2022 Still hasn’t paid me
Refused to check a leak in the bathroom until pipes exploded a couple months later. Roof leaked and maintenance only checked when it WASNT raining. Ridiculous charges after move out, including a charge for blinds when there weren't any when we moved in.
Absolute scam. Zac or whatever his name is is unprofessional. They took our money then kept dodging our phone calls. Terrible leasing company and im now beyond grateful we found a much better company than them to lease through. Never go here. It's not worth it.
