Dr. Brink helped a family member and was recommended by other psychiatric professionals I knew. Not only did he take time to make a thorough diagnosis but he helped this family member through a hard time. He had been previously misdiagnosed and after 6 months with Dr. Brink, was back to his old self.
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Jones for over a year now and he has helped me with problems from anxiety and depression to insomnia. He is always willing to find a solution! I would give 5 stars but 1 less for staff. Front desk can be very snappy, rude, short, which at a psychiatrist’s office isn’t really a great idea. If I could give them zero stars, I would. Beyond disrespectful, being a psychiatric patient you'd think they'd have respect for their patients, but the front desk woman, not only harassed me, by calling my phone multiple times after I asked her to quit contacting me, she insinuated I was a liar, and yelled at me over the phone. Disgusting. Unprofessional, and have never felt more disrespected and unsafe in what is supposed to be a place to get help.
I referred a patient there with severe depression , PTSD and suicidal thoughts. She called and they were very rude to her . She was told the doctor would review my referral ( in which I stated all her issues and the urgency) as Family practice this beyond our scope of practice. They did not call her back after a few more days she called again. They were rude and lacked any empathy . They stated the doctor said she was ineligible to be seen.
