Para poder decir mi opinion desafortunadamente tengo que al menos dar una estrella lo que se me hace muy injusto. Llamas y cuelgan, y cuando te contestan, la recepcionista o la persona de servicio al cliente suena como si se acaba de despertar, que falta de profesionalismo. Uno llama porque quiere una consulta para que te ayuden con la ansiedad y terminas con ataque de pánico tratando de agendar una consulta. TE dicen que alguien que hable español te llamara para agendar la cita, y NADIE LLAMO, ESPERE TODO EL DIA.

I appreciate the staff and Dr Amarachi they go above and beyond from what i expected. every visit, every time. Very caring, positive, listens. I feel the hospitality. Been a patient for a year now. Not only family and friends noticing, but to be able to see a positive difference in myself says something. its an amazing feeling! Keep swimming everyone, this place i give 5stars! Dr. Kunam has been my son's doctor for almost 20 years and he is a very good psychiatrist. He is very patient and kind with my son. Thank you for your outstanding service!
I'm editing my original post and changing it because the Psychiatrist who helped us is actually very Intentive and listened to all the struggles we've been having. My son's Psychiatrists apologize to us for the lady over the phone line behavior. I truly hope this service helps my child. I'm leaving it a three star, because of this lady in her rude behavior, I believe it's due to the answering service or something and they're not actually the reception in office but I'm not sure.
