This place is the worst place you could choose for doing carpet flooring in your home. The owner would hang up the phone when I try to talk to him, he was rude and disrespectful. He over charged me on carpet and brought less carpet than I paid for, made me pay for more carpet if I was to order more. Fred the owner is rude and disrespectful and would yell at me through the phone. When measuring the carpet area he over measured and ordered more carpet and over charged me. Amazing service. Freds floors did so much more than others could do. We got 4 quotes to put in carpet, wood flooring and new baseboards. Everyone else was, "Well, we are pretty much a carpet company(who's quote was just as much as our total job), We don't do baseboards... One guy said it would look really bad to put wood near a room with carpet.? Fred though said he could do everything.
