It’s difficult to put into words how much I appreciate Dr. Ben and his team. A year ago, I underwent very serious brain surgery to remove a tumor. The surgery went well, and my neurosurgeon said I would make a full recovery. I didn't know it at the time, but surgery had left me with a severe brain injury. Six months into that recovery, I felt completely lost and alone. I was facing so many challenges; everything felt foreign. Even something as simple as brushing my teeth made me sick. After struggling with dysautonomia/POTS symptoms for the past six years, I reached a point last April where I became completely bedbound, not understanding what was happening to my body. He looks at the bigger picture and connects things other providers missed. He’s helped me un... read more

Out of desperation, I decided to reach out to Inland Northwest Neurological Performance. I’ll be honest…I was very skeptical at first. Because of my chronic illness, I’m used to having to advocate for myself and explain my condition to medical providers. That experience made me cautious about trying yet another treatment. ... read more
Dr. Pupo is a knowledgeable, positive, encouraging provider. After listening, asking clarifying questions, and conducting multiple evaluative assessments of my physical/cognitive skills and abilities, he was very willing to share his honest evaluative opinion. After talking it over, we walked through the therapy plan for symptom relief and resolutions. The one week intensive is planned well. It is also well named. He and his staff (thank you, Daphne) reminded me to rest between appointments, ensured I was comfortable, and an... read more
