Fantastic experience all around! I accidentally scheduled my appointment at the wrong location (downtown instead of here), but the staff went out of their way to fit me in anyway—even staying a bit late to make it happen. Huge thanks to Jessica, who was amazing from start to finish—professional, friendly, and efficient. The whole process, from screening to donation, was smooth and quick. Really appreciated their flexibility and care.

The staff is great.
I have been donating blood as frequently as they'll let me for about the past 10 years and I love being able to do it. Jerry is just the best! He makes the donation fun and painless. A couple of suggestions though...can we please get healthier snack options for after the donation like nuts or fruit. I don't know about most people but personally I don't want junk food after my donation. Also, stop with the spam emails to regular donors about the critical blood shortage! I would give more if you'd let me ;)
