Never had a bad experience at this donor site. Friendly, caring staff. I noticed a bad review 10 months ago about taking too much time. This isn't a fast food place where you get your food in 10 minutes. This is a much needed organization to collect life saving blood! It takes time and expertise to do this job and make sure of the safety precautions are met. The person who wrote the review was totally out of line.
They literally took 1 hour to do one person. Morons
Vitalant closed their Spokane Northside location and didn't tell any of their donors. Last week, at a work sponsored, blood mobile drive I found out by Vitalant staff they moved to another location. Vitalant leadership, your front line staff are great, but leadership and communication .... need some work. BTW - you should update the location on your website. Still points to the closed location.
