Was referred by Ortho provider in same location(3rd FLOOR) to see Duran Thomas for an RFA in both knees. My first encounter with this Pain Specialist led me to believe he was scattered brain and disorganized. I should of ran with my first impression and found a more qualified and a provider that I felt was competent enough to provide the procedure in a professional matter not omitting procedures that should have been completed before the RFA was performed. I felt comfortable- and they were very concerned about my wellbeing!
Helped my wife during pregnancy complications and was helpful during the payment process when insurance didn't have the best coverage for the procedure. Very appreciative for that.
