First, there was a misunderstanding of the time of the appointment. The receptionist/nurse was extremely rude from the get go! Then Dr. Blakely walked in the room And proceeded to go off on my mother and i about the misunderstanding and says shes “ under alot of pressure” when i called her out for being extremely rude she then said we should “abort” this appointment because she has other patients to see (im a 31yo with stage 5 kidney failure, so this was a very important appointment) i understand the scheduling issues, but t... read more
